Don Antonio Royale Estate is an exclusive residential neighbourhood located in Barangay Old Balara District 4 of Quezon City. An upscale residential subdivision of a few homes with cuts of 300 - 600 square meter per lot; tight security; and complete facilities including function hall, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor courts.

Do you know that when it comes to REAL ESTATE there is no such thing as ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP even if you legally own the property?

Just about every kind of real estate has limitations or restrictions placed on it that affect its use and ownership.

Don Antonio Royale Estate has Deed Restrictions that limit the type, size or style of the house within the neighbourhood. Example, building a house in Don Antonio Royale requires not go low beyond 5 million pesos.

Here's another example which is quite exaggerated just for you to get my point :)

You can't build an airport on your 300 or 600 square meter lot in Don Antonio. In fact, you can't build a shopping centre either, that's why I said that there's no such thing as absolute ownership because there are restrictions or limitations that specify how land or property may be used.  So your list of possibilities on your property has just been narrowed considerably.

Anyways, there are many celebrities who live in Don Antonio such as Angel Locsin, Albert Martinez, Jolina Magdangal, Ara Mina, Boy Abunda, etc.

Its really more fun to LIVE in the CITY OF STARS - QC!

As for my Don Antonio Street Style...

It was one of our spontaneous family dinner, I was in a hurry and did not have enough time to dress up so I decided to wear an oversized top and just paired it with cropped skirt and demi-wedge shoe that gives a hint of lift :)

Matalino Street is classified as Commercial Zone as it is clustered with numerous shops and restaurants.

Commonwealth Avenue is located in District 2 of Quezon City stretching 12.4 kilometres (7.7 mi) thoroughfare from Eliptical Road and ends at Quirino highway in Novaliches. It is the widest road in the Philippines with a total number of 18 lanes. The entire road is maintained by the Metro Manila Development Authority. The route from Eliptical to Batasan is being patrolled by Traffic Enforcers and Quezon City Police as it was tagged as the Killer Highway due to remarkable number of road accidents that happened, and also the reason why there is a posted maximum speed limit of 60 kph that is strictly enforced.

 Its more fun to DRIVE SAFELY along Commonwealth Avenue in QC!

As for me...

I went to Isuzu Commonwealth for my vehicle's scheduled maintenance and since the sun was shining brightly, I decided to wear soft orange, soft blue and hot pink sling back heels with red heart to make me look vibrant under the sun. hehehe

The University of the Philippines in Diliman has a total land area of 493 hectares wherein within this 493-hectare property includes building infrastructures, research facilities, Barangay UP campus (residential) and forested area.

The Oblation is the iconic symbol of the University, a concrete sculpture, which depicts selfless offering of oneself to his country. The statue was based on the second verse of Rizal’s Mi Ultimo Adios;

In fields of battle, deliriously fighting,

Others give you their lives, without doubt, without regret;

Where there’s cypress, laurel or lily,
On a plank or open field, in combat or cruel martyrdom,
If the home or country asks, it's all the same--it matters not.

UP was founded on June 18, 1908 and it is the Philippines ’ premier institution of higher learning, and the country's National University.

Its more fun pag naging ISKOLAR ka NG BAYAN in QC! J

But wait... there's more! J

Do you know that in estimating the value of real estate, appraisers also consider social factors in determining the price of a property?

Many people want to live in neighborhoods with good schools such as the residential areas surrounding the University of the Philippines, however, only few properties are available and as a result, a COMPETITION arises for those pieces of real estate and that COMPETITION RAISES PRICES.

nuff said!

And as for my University of the Philippines Street?? err.. School Style... J

Since UP is surrounded by nature’s beauty, I choose to wear an outfit with lots of green. Green is best suited in any weather, so if you want to look stunning and sophisticated try wearing green J
